We will handle the loan modification for you entirely.  From start to finish and every things in between.  Full service includes a full interview, form submission and all negotiation.  Our service includes an attorney review of the file and we guarantee success or we will refund 50% of the fee.  You can't go wrong and there's nothing to lose.  The average cost for a loan modification costs $3500.00.  With our service you will save $1500.00 and get a 50% guarantee.  Note: An additional fee of 500.00 will be required if there is a second mortgage.  This is a one time fee.
